Studied in the Art Academies of Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig, Berlin, Munich and Brussels. Taight at he Art Institute of chicago, 1929. One-man exhibit at Paul Theobald Gallery, Chicago and in Berlin in 1906. Exhibited at the Architectural League, Findlay Gallery, chicago, New york Independents and Chicago Artists Group. Honors: Art Institute CV Honorable Mention, 1921. Renaissance Prize 1922. Carr Prize, 1923.
