Annual Fund 2015

Dear Friend of the Monterey Museum of Art,

What We Do

The Monterey Museum of Art connects art and community, with an emphasis on participatory experiences built around the Museum’s strong collection of California and regional art—past, present, and future. We offer exhibitions and programs of the highest quality to engage and inspire all visitors.

Our commitment to education is reflected in vigorous outreach to schools throughout Monterey County. Teachers and students have shared that the Museum visits inspired them and enhanced their educational experience.

Free Family Days and Community Gallery exhibitions create opportunities for all to participate, reflecting the full spectrum of our community. Collaborations with leading nonprofit educational, social service, and cultural organizations have expanded the Museum’s reach, raised its profile, and increased positive impact and connections.

We Believe

Art and community together are powerful forces for good. The Museum is a magnet that creates unity and strengthens the social fabric of Monterey County. Art is for all and we believe it enriches and transforms lives.

Your Support is Vital

We are grateful for your support of the Museum, which has contributed to our successes outlined in our 2014-2015 Annual Report.

Contributions to the Museum’s Annual Fund sustain our work and support all we do. It is your Museum. Please help us continue to thrive by supporting the Museum with a gift to our Annual Fund.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely yours,

Charlotte Eyerman, Ph.D.
Executive Director
